So far it's done a great job blocking ads. It's so much better to browse the internet without a constant stream of annoying and useless advertising.Blocks ads. One of the most useful Chrome extensions.
Clogs memory. Sometimes lets some ad to slip past it no matter how you configure it.
It does the job, but slow.
Adblock slowed my computer down drastically, startup had doubled. Windows 7 Pro, Intel Core i5 650 @ 3.20GHz, 12gb ram, HDD 298gb.
It works like a miracle, but everything slowed down drastically.
Says it blocks "ALL ads" but it's showing google ads with no way to correct that :( I hate ads so much
It's ********- Block all ads if you say ALL
********. Used to be awesome. Now it's not enough. Google ads are most of the annoying ads that I see so this doesnt work for me anymore. :(
The AdBlock worked great in the beginning and I was super happy. It was blocking most of the ads and made surfing a lot more enjoyable.
It first started not blocking a certain amount of ads. After that, it started showing the same three banners on each and every website I visited and eventually led to completely disabling my browser for normal usage.
