By using Adblabla in any manner or way for example displaying our ads on your website/blog and/or uploading ads to our network, you hereby consent to ALL the terms and services listed below.

You agree that sites, website, blogs, platforms or any application that is configured to display our ads are considered as sites or websites or blogs in this terms of service.

Adblabla.com, its owners, employees, partners and representatives is/are not liable and cannot be held liable for anything whatsover that that may happen to you, your website/blog, your company or anything associated to you as a result of using the Adblabla platform.

The contents of websites and ads on the adblabla network does not represent the opinion of Adblabla, her owners, employees, partners and representatives.

We reserve the right to refuse anyone membership to the network based on our sole discretion. but this will not be based on race, religion, political affiliation or sexuality

We reserve the right to approve or not approve any advert based on our sole discretion

We reserve the right to remove any blog or website from the network that we find unsuitable.

We reserve the right to ban any member of the network and subsequently delete their profile and all ads associated to that member. If the member has a positive credit balance at the time of being banned, he/she will forfeit such credit balance to the network.

Under no circumstances will Adblabla pay out cash to members of the network as payment for ads being displayed on network

As a member of the network, you agree that we will display ads on your site. This ads may be from the Adblabla network or from any other advertisement network

As a member of the network, you agree that some sites and links classified as "restricted category" by Adblabla cannot be advertised on the network. The intention of this is to prevent the network from being flood with any one or group of adverts. Currently Konga and Jumia are considered as restricted. Other sites may be added at any time.

You agree that your ads will comply with the following ads policty

Every ad must some text to convey the message being passed across

The Text cannot cover more than 50% of the image

All Texts must be legible and the color must contrast properly with the background

Every ad must have a call to action message

If graphics are used, the graphics must be of high quality

Graphics that portray nudity or anything related to it is not allowed

You agree that your ads will not be designed to be misleading and/or trick users into clicking and/or malicious in nature

You agree that you will not use any means to trick the adblabla server to give you more credit other than that earned from a legitimate view or click of an ad on your website

You agree to not (or attempt to) clone, replicate and/or duplicate any section of the Adblabla platform

You agree to not upload any ad which will lead to fraudulent transactions

You agree to not upload any ad or add any website that promotes or supports terrorism, violence, fraud, rebellion, acts of treason, prostitution, pornography, militancy, seperatists groups, paid to click sites, and/or copyright infringements
