By making this purchase I understand that
For any purchase:

1. There are no physical goods exchanged for services provided.
2. My subscription / product use license begins on the day that I purchase / activate it.
3. If I choose auto-renew for my subscription or the selected product includes automatic renewal, I will be automatically billed for the same product at the regular product price at the beginning of each renewal period.
4. Auto-rebilling can be canceled for my subscription at any time. If I cancel the auto-rebilling, I will still be able to use that product through the remaining duration of the period that I have paid for.
5. It is my responsibility to cancel the automatic renewal of my product license if I no longer need it.
6. It is my responsibility to maintain payment information associated with my licenses for automatic rebilling purposes.
7. Subscriptions / product licenses which cannot be billed, whether during the initial purchase or during automatic rebilling will automatically be cancelled with any and all features also removed from the account.
8. All purchase payments and automatic billing charges are non-refundable.
9. There is no pro-rate cancellation policy.
10. No credits or refunds are provided for cancellation or discontinued use of SignUpGenius membership or cancellation of or discontinued use of product licenses.
11. I acknowledge and agree that I will not use any product available at SignUpGenius for any purpose that is illegal.

1. My SignUpGenius Pro license begins on the day that I purchase / activate it.
2. I will use SignUpGenius Pro carefully and will not use it in any way which might result in any loss of my groups or any third party's property or information.
3. SignUpGenius is not liable for loss of data due to product misuse.
4. Associated product capabilities will be disabled and features, such as file storage for images and documents, may be removed on cancellation/termination of the product license.
5. Product features may be added, removed or altered at any time.
6. A monthly license will remain active and I will automatically be billed monthly for the same product at the regular price of the product purchased.
7. An annual license will remain active and I will automatically be billed annually for the same product at the regular price of the product purchased.

1. I am allowed to use SignUpGenius Pro for a period not to exceed 14 days under a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable license.
2. My trial will automatically end 14 days after it begins, regardless of when/if I use the product.
3. If I would like to continue using SignUpGenius Pro at the end of my trial period, I agree to sign up for a paid monthly subscription. I will not be signed up for the product automatically once my trial period ends.
